Sarah was born in Fort Worth, Texas. She was the youngest of 4 with an older brother, and two older sisters. She lived in Fort Worth until she moved to Austin in 1991 to attend the University of Texas. She graduated in 1995 with a B.A. After college Sarah went to work for a major airline and was moved to Chicago and San Francisco for a year and a half. She missed Austin, Barton Springs, local businesses and restaurants but most of all, the amazing people with whom she had developed friendships while attending the University of Texas.
In 2002 she began working as a loan officer with a mortgage company and from there used this knowledge to move on to help clients on the other side of the transaction by obtaining her real estate license in 2004. Sarah has specialized in residential real estate and assisting with investor property acquisition and sales. She has an intuitive understanding of the Austin market and considers it an art form to stage and price a home accurately. Sarah’s work ethic, fidelity, and desire to be available and engaged with her clients no matter the circumstance makes her a valuable asset to her clients. And above all, she will make it a fun process that puts her clients at ease.
Sarah has lived in Austin so long that she knows details of Austin’s past and intricacies of the Austin real estate market, neighborhood niches, and areas that many clients didn’t know existed until they were toured by Sarah. Her willingness to serve her clients at the highest level makes their real estate experience a seamless process, allowing her clients to move with confidence throughout their transactions.
